Sales Call Review in An Online Coaching Business

This is a live, raw sales call review for my sales rep in my coaching business.

So to give you some context, I own a coaching business that helps home service business owners learn how to generate leads themselves

And in order for me to grow in 2023 beyond the 6 figure a month mark, one of the key things to get us there, is to distance myself from the day-to-day operation of the business and start working on the business, instead.

Now up until this point, I was making all the sales calls myself, which took like 10-12 hours of my day, almost every day, doing the sales calls and with not enough time to improve the service and experience my clients are getting.

That’s why I recently brought on a sales rep, Nick..

Now Nick is a friend of mine from Portugal and even though he never done coaching sales calls before, he does have background in sales and have been successful at it in the past so I decided to give it a shot.

Now I will spare you from the 45 minute call itself, as it’s something that might not be super applicable to you and your business, and just leave you with notes and feedback I gave Nick at the end the call.
