Quick update, no fluff. I’m building a multi-seven-figure, one-man AI agency for contractors and home service business owners, and in this video I lay out exactly where it stands. What the AI already does. What it costs. What’s coming next. And why I believe this model replaces the traditional home service marketing agency for good.
If you’re new here: I’m Lior Vaknin. For the last four or five years I’ve been a business coach for home service business owners and contractors across the States and Canada. My whole thing was teaching owners to master lead generation themselves, so they’d never have to rely on a marketing agency again.
Then AI got good. And I realized the next step wasn’t just teaching owners to do it themselves, it was putting everything I know into a system that does it with them and for them. Here’s the full breakdown.
Why I told contractors to fire their agencies in the first place
Simple reason: most agencies suck. You pay a bunch of money every month to people who couldn’t care less about you or your business. You’re just another account on their list. You get a report you didn’t ask for, a strategy you never see, and a retainer that shows up on time whether the phones ring or not.
So years ago I made a call. Instead of becoming another agency, I’d teach the business owner. Show them how Google Ads actually works. Show them how to run their own lead generation. And it worked, owners took control of their own growth.
But there was always a ceiling. Doing it yourself takes time. Time you’re not on a job, not with your family, not living your life. AI removed that ceiling. Over the last two years I’ve been building toward one goal: my entire brain, my knowledge, my SOPs, my whole business, on the cloud, so my clients can interact directly with me through the AI. That build is basically done.
What the AI already does for your business
This isn’t a roadmap slide. This is live right now, fully integrated:
Google Ads, built and managed
The AI builds your Google Ads campaigns and manages them. It also builds the landing pages on your website and manages those too. Campaign plus landing page, the two things that decide whether your ad spend turns into booked jobs or burned cash.
Local Services Ads
Full LSA integration. The AI marks your jobs completed, the boring admin work nobody wants to do, but that keeps your LSA profile accurate and performing.
SEO content
The AI creates all your content. Everything. The days of paying a writer who has never set foot on a job site are over.
Facebook Ads and organic content
It creates your Facebook Ads campaigns and manages them. Same with organic content, created and managed for you, start to finish.
The two tiers (and the real prices)
I’m going to be transparent about everything, including money. Right now there are two ways in:
Tier one, about $1K a month. The AI links to all your accounts. It watches everything and gives you recommendations based on what it sees, powered by my knowledge of what you need to do. You stay in the driver’s seat with a coach that never sleeps.
Tier two, about $5K a month. This is for businesses spending $10K or more a month on ads, or doing a million dollars a year and up. It’s the hands-off option, the AI builds your campaigns, your landing pages, the whole thing, combined with consulting and one-on-one work with me. More goes into it, because more is at stake.
Will those prices change? Yes. They’ll grow over time as the platform grows. But those are the numbers right now, and I’d rather tell you straight than play the “book a call to hear the price” game.
Everything I’ve learned from years of marketing for contractors is baked into the system, every campaign structure, every landing page principle, every SOP.
What’s next: CRM integrations and email automation
Every contractor runs a different stack. Some of you are on ServiceTitan. Others use Jobber. Others Housecall Pro. There’s a bunch of them, and the next build phase is integration into the different CRMs, so the AI plugs into the system you already run your business on.
After that: email automations, integrated into everything we’re already doing. That’s the pipeline.
Your only job left: hit record
Here’s the part that surprises people. The only thing you, or I, actually have to do is record the content. That’s it. This video you’re watching? Recording it is basically the only human part.
Once you hit stop, the AI takes over. The editing. The thumbnail. Uploading to the different channels. Cutting it into shorts and reels. Turning it into blog posts. Updates on your Google Business Profile. All of it, done by AI. The human need is basically non-existent.
And I eat my own cooking. The VSL on my website? Done by AI. The voice in it? AI. My Instagram and Facebook profile pictures? AI. The recent posts you’re seeing on my profiles? AI. I run on the exact machine I’m offering you.
Why this beats a traditional marketing agency
It comes down to three things.
Transparency. The problem with marketing agencies is you never know what they’re doing. With me, I teach you and I show you. You see what’s happening in your accounts, because you should never rely blindly on anyone else. You need to know what’s going on in your own business.
It’s always on. The AI is always checking on you. Always checking the platforms. Always doing everything in its power to make sure things work. When you see how much time that saves you, the question becomes: what do you care if it’s an AI or a person?
Aligned incentives. Here’s the part no agency can copy: if something works for you, it works for all my other clients. Every win gets built into the system and rolled out to everyone. Your results make the platform smarter for the next contractor, and theirs make it smarter for you.
What do you care if it’s an AI or a person, when you know it’s someone who’s always checking on you, always on top of every platform, always doing everything in its power to make sure it works for you?
The one-man show behind it
Right now my only remaining job is the sales calls, and I’m planning to remove myself from those almost completely too. Why? Because this was never just a financial goal. It’s a lifestyle. I want to surf in the morning, go on a bike ride, swim, travel, and the only thing I need to do is make sure my clients are winning.
That’s what I’m truly vested in: seeing contractors win. And that’s what Local Service Mastery has always been about, first through coaching, now through an AI that puts my entire brain to work inside your business, around the clock.
