Data Deletion Instructions

Deleting your data

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This page explains what data Local Service Mastery holds when you connect a social account to our
publishing dashboard, and exactly how to have it deleted. It applies to accounts connected through Facebook,
Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. Our full
Privacy Policy has more detail.

What we hold when you connect an account

  • The access token (and refresh token, where the platform issues one) that lets us publish on your behalf.
  • The name, ID and picture of the specific Page, profile or channel you chose to connect.
  • The posts we published for you, and whether each one succeeded.
  • The photos and videos you uploaded to your own Local Service Mastery workspace for us to post.

TikTok: if you connect TikTok, we hold your TikTok account ID, display name and profile picture,
the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues, and the videos and captions we sent to your TikTok inbox as drafts.
We do not access your followers, your other videos, your messages or your statistics.

We never receive or store your password, and we do not read your private messages.

Option 1 — disconnect the account yourself

  1. Sign in to your publishing dashboard at
    social.localservicemastery.com.
  2. Open the menu of the channel you want removed and choose Delete. (Disable Channel only
pauses a channel and keeps it connected.)

Publishing to that account stops immediately, and any posts still scheduled for it are cancelled. The stored
access and refresh tokens, and the account’s name, ID and picture, are deleted within 30 days; our nightly
cleanup normally does it within a day. Disconnecting in our dashboard does not change the permission you gave on
the platform itself; to remove that too, use Option 2.

Option 2 — remove our access on the platform

TikTok: in the TikTok app, tap Profile, tap the Menu button (☰),
then Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions. Choose
Local Service Mastery and tap Remove access. We can no longer use your TikTok account
from that moment.

Facebook or Instagram: you can revoke access from Meta’s own settings at any time, without
contacting us: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove
LSM Social Poster. Access stops the moment you do this.

Option 3 — ask us to delete everything (full erasure)

Email [email protected] from the address
on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us which accounts you want
removed, or say “all”.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. That includes access
tokens, connected-channel records, publishing history, and the photos and videos you uploaded for
posting. We will confirm in writing once it is done.

What we may keep

We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records, and any
content already published to your own public profiles — that content lives on your accounts, and only
you can remove it from there.
